志愿

还记得小学与中学时，在志愿的格子上你是填了什么吗？

昨天收拾了我的房间，书桌，看见了小学的成绩单，课外活动册子。。。哈哈~ 小学的一年级的志愿是？歌星！？空中小姐！？哇哈哈哈~~ 笑破肚皮哦~五音不全去当歌星？身高160cm以下的四眼妹当空中小姐？小时真的很天真，总是想当明星，歌星，空中小姐/飞机师。而最普遍的志愿是医生，护士，律师，老师。。。你记得你小学的志愿是什么吗？印象中其实我很讨厌填写志愿或是写我的志愿的文章，因为来来去去都是那几个志愿，没什么特别，何况志愿与现实是有差别的。但我还记得我有一位小学朋友的志愿很特别-考古学家。怎么我会那么记得？其实纯粹是当时没人填写考古学家，只有我那位朋友写，感觉考古学家是个很神圣的职业（其实当时的我，什么都不懂 XD），当时我还有那仰慕他的感觉。哇哈哈~小学生有着那天真无邪的思想~而现在我那位小学朋友是一位考古学家吗？不是。他读商科了。你小学的志愿和你现在的工作是同等的吗？我想应该少于50%的人吧~

再看看我中学的志愿。。。

奇怪，有人的志愿是商人吗？我也不晓得为何我会填写商人~ 什么样的商人？一头雾水。我该填写银行家！哈哈哈哈~小学与中学的志愿几乎完全不一样~大学呢？我想大学的目标比较明确，知道自己的方向~ 原来小学，中学的日子都是混过去的~不知当时在做什么，想什么。哈哈~ ~

其实每个人都一样，小时候想当大人，而大人却又想当小朋友~

2010的志愿，能否当一个长不大的小朋友？

Banking Job = Good Job?

Nowadays, everyone wishes to work at bank. Banking job is a good job? Many benefits? high bonus? High salary? All of these are the factors that make everyone apply banking job? Some of the unrelated degree holders (sciences) are also looking for banking job. How about me? I'm graduate of UTAR (Degree of Banking and Finance) but.......one of the incident happened recently which make me feel that are the bank officers really qualified? And am I qualified to be bank officer? I'm not going to tell you what was happening. Just want to share my thinkings to my friends who currently work at bank or plan to work at bank.

I know that banks pay high salary/bonus/benefits to their employees. As chinese said ' There is no free lunch in this world' As a bank officer, please be responsible and qualified. If you are bank officer, can you feel the stress when you need to deal with customers(all are regarding to money $$$) everyday? Dont be careless. Those money are not yours. All the bank officers need to extremely careful for all the customer transactions. So what is the meaning qualified and responsible? For example, both to sign/either to sign, do you know what is the difference? If the customer tells you ABC story, can you fully trust him/her and need not to check the records? These are just the basic knowledges which everyone know. There are thousands of fraud cases happened recently. If the bank officers careless again, fraud cases going to increase... I'm banking student but I dont fully know all the banking practices. So how about the others degree holders/spm holders who dont have banking/finance/accounting knowledges? I fully disagree that bank hires those that doesnt have such knowledges. Of course you may think that I'm arrogant? Bla Bla Bla at here since I know a bit of banking knowledges? (I'm not...... ) Let me give you an example. If you dont have medical skills/knowledge, and the hospital hire you as doctor, what will be happen? Just like what chinese said '神棍'. This example seems like too serious d...hahaha.... Of course those incidents that could be happened in banking field doesnt cause death, but it could result loss of RM million/billion, bank reputation or bank bankrupt( for example-barings bank)?

To my friends and myself, be responsible and qualified employees. Try not to make mistakes. (*Especially my friends who will be doctors in future. ^ ^) So what kind of jobs suitable for me & I'm qualified? Searching...
